Our shipping rates are tiered based on the number of bottles:

$15 for up to 6 bottles

$25 for 7-12 bottles

$35 for 13-24 bottles

$50 for 25 or more bottles

Temperature Considerations

At this time, we do not provide ice-pack or temperature-controlled shipping. Please be aware that deliveries cannot be held due to temperature fluctuations. By placing your order, you authorize immediate shipping. If you need to hold a delivery, please include a note when placing your order.

Age Verification Requirements

To purchase wine, you must be at least 21 years old. An adult signature is required upon delivery. By placing your order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. All alcoholic beverages arranged for delivery or shipping must be received and signed for by someone of legal drinking age.Shipments are sent with ground service and typically take between 2-10 business days. Third-party carriers will make three delivery attempts. If your package is returned to Grapefruit Wines, an additional charge may apply to re-deliver your order.

Place of Sale

Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from seller to buyer in the State in which the sale occurs, and the buyer takes all responsibility for the wine being transported from the state of sale to the buyer's selected destination. By placing an order, the buyer authorizes the seller to act on the buyer’s behalf in arranging for transportation of the wine at the buyer’s direction. Alternatively, the buyer may choose to pick up the wine at the seller’s location or make independent delivery arrangements. Sales tax will be applied based on the seller’s location. Seller makes no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to deliver or import any wines, alcoholic beverages or other goods into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the transport of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine and other goods delivered to the applicable destination.
